

Catalina Global continues to develop unique educational programming designed to increase global student access, this time partnering with Drake University to launch a Doctorate in Educational Leadership in Singapore.
During a recent visit to Singapore, Drake University President Earl “Marty” Martin and Annique Kiel, Chief Global Officer, joined Catalina Global representatives and local partners for a signing ceremony to begin offering an Educational Leadership doctoral degree in fall 2026.
The degree will be offered in an intensive 21-month format and in a 36-month program modeled for working professionals This collaboration marks Catalina Global’s third Transnational Education (TNE) project in Asia, following successful partnerships with the University of Minnesota, Morris and the Illinois Institute of Technology. Each initiative reflects Catalina Global’s mission to expand access to high-quality U.S. education through innovative, locally delivered programs.
