Catalina Global and Drake University Launch New Transnational Education Partnership in Singapore
Daniel Palm spoke as a panelist at a higher education conference held in Southern China. The conference was focused on the development of new dual degree program models. Palm’s experience developing some of the earliest Sino-American dual degree programs that resulted in thousands of students studying at campuses across the United States has garnered him recognition as an dual degree program expert.
The conference convened a large number of governmental and academic leaders from across the globe, including representatives from Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Malaysia.
