A private lunch was arranged by Catalina Global to promote dialogue and understanding between prominent US universities and the Kazakhstan Ambassador to the United States, Yerzhan Ashikbayev. During the two hour meeting, Ambassador Ashikbayev shared the current economic, political and educational landscape of Kazakhstan.

In attendance were international education leaders from New York University, Drake University, Columbia University, the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and the University of Oregon.
